reader

hey i've learned how to follow other blogs and headlines on google reader. you make a google account and go to reader and add things you want to follow. if you wanted to follow "life of boh" which is this blog you would type that in and subscribe. I have my reader set up to get the usa today sports section, news about the yankees from the local papers in new york, and other blogs. reading some of the stuff on other sports blogs can be hilairious, the ones that are clever and make subtle references where you have to think, not the ones that are mean spirited.

I want to apologize to my sister tricia for not wishing her a happy birthday yesterday. Well I did text her, and we talked but I like saying it on here. She's come a long way. 18 MONTHS from now, that little girl will be going off to college, the one who would wear a pink power ranger costume to school (the fad for 3 year olds girls in 1994-95)

as for my health. The mucus is thicker, much thicker then it used to be. I really need to be doing 2 vest a day, for those of you who don't remember what that is, it's where i put on a mechanical vest and shake for 30 months with pressure to try to get the green junk to loosen up. In CF the body produces more, thicker and bigger (that a movie title) of it. So you constantly have to do breathting treatments. I'm at the point though where I have no 2nd thought about not wanting to do it. I KNOW I NEED TO DO IT. for my own good. I've always done it though, It's just something that i've never felt like I can skip. But what i've done a better job at lately is finding things to do to keep me occupied while doing treatments. I don't feel the strain of it. Sorry if thats to many words. But I'm always looking for stuff to do for when i'm doing CF treatments,

I got my picture professionally taken yesterday. We went to the guys house and he took pictures of us. The pictures came out really well and I felt they were some of the best I've taken in years. I was dressed up in coat and tie. Looked real good if I said so myself. I WILL POST IT ON MICHAELRBOH.COM as soon as I have it. I'm not sure why it's not in my hands or my monitor right now but things still don't work like that here.
